International and off shore orders – we ship to the closest deep water port.

Pickup at the dock or arrange final delivery with Agent.

North American orders – we ship to the nearest Truck terminal.

You are responsible for any late pick up charges or storage fees.

You can pickup or arrange final delivery to your exact location directly with the shipper.

Weight bills and tracking are provided.

Shipping dates are confirmed on day of order.

Cancel anytime before shipping – subject to re-stocking fee.

Australia & New Zealand orders – A fumigation surcharge of $800 per shipment applies

between 1st September through 30th April each year.

We therefore recommend we ship to between May 1st up to the end of August.
